Keilaniemi District Parking Facility
The Keilaniemi District Parking Facility is an underground parking facility unique in its size and scope of services. It enables the area to develop into a versatile district, with pedestrian traffic at its core.
Valokeila
Valokeila, to be built on top of the Jokeri Light Rail terminus, will be a hybrid of office and service construction. The building will strengthen the development of Keilaniemi into an architecturally diverse and progressive area.

Strike’s predecessor Regenero has increased the attractiveness of Keilaniemi since 2016. The already completed projects in Keilaniemenranta offer high-quality, accessible spaces and excellent services for companies, service providers and visitors, as well as excellent references for the further development of the Keilaniemi area.

Keilaniemi Real Estate Development Strike is a joint venture between HGR Property Partners Ltd, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and YIT Corporation, established in summer 2022.
Strike develops the Keilaniemi area holistically and innovatively.
