In addition, the parking facilities aim to meet the criteria for the highest possible Parksmart Gold certificate. The certificates are proof of the projects’ energy efficiency, sustainable use of energy and materials, and solutions that promote user well-being.

As evidence of solutions that promote the sustainability of projects
LEED Platinum
LEED is the world’s most used environmental certification system for buildings. In the certification, attention is especially paid to the building’s energy efficiency, the building’s location/reachability, and use of water. Platinum is the highest level of LEED certification.
WELL Core & Shell Platinum
The WELL certificate assesses the premises’ technical properties, and the operation of the organization that rents the premises, from occupational well-being perspective. In addition to lighting and acoustics, the certificate requires, for example, monitoring of the activity level and mental well-being of the personnel. Platinum is the highest level of WELL certification.
PARKSMART Gold
Parksmart is a certification program designed for high-quality, responsible parking facilities to promote sustainable mobility through intelligent design and operation of the parking structure. The certification defines sustainable practices for, for example, the construction, management, and technologies of parking facilities. Gold is the highest level of Parksmart certification.
